He suggests to his father that they take a trip to Azurum(Earth) to cut down an evergreen tree to bring back to Mars .After landing on Earth Hextoo and Martoo exit the spaceship and walk about a snow-covered field. They find a grove of specially grown evergreen trees. Nearby,in a bush path,a young orphan boy named Peter is watching the aliens.
