Father Sacke has spent the last several years of his life confined to his tiny cathedral and the even tinier confessional box, where he often sat and listened to the same droll tales from the same droll souls. He had expected less of the same on this rainy afternoon, but instead an unknown woman walked into his church and seated herself properly in his confessional. Her confession on this rainy day proves to be anything but the drollness Sacke had expected. This woman has just the answer for the good Father's rut. Read along as she shares her erotic and exotic tales of sin, lust, and love, during her Rainy Day Confessions!
Welcome to my collection of erotic short stories. These were all originally written under the pen name "Cassandra Houston" as "Stories of Love and Sex". I must make my own confession that I was slightly ashamed to be writing "dirty" stories. What would my mother think? I have since gotten over the "shame" of being a writer of erotic fiction. My stories involve more than just straight down and dirty sex. They involve romance and deep, abiding emotion. And straight down and dirty sex.In early 2006 I got over the shame of being a "dirty stories" writer. I came to the realization that I write romantic erotica. My dear friend, editor and agent thought that this would be a good way to "come out of the closet", so to speak. Publishing a collection of my erotica and sharing it with you, the dedicated reader of erotic fantasies. And so I give you the confessions of Cassandra Houston. I have decided to keep Cassandra's spirit alive through this collection and let her confess to you using her own voice. She choose where and how to confess her sins of the flesh to those who read about them.Farewell, Cassandra. Wherever you fare, may you remain wet, warm and delicious.Crystal Ordonez

Father Darren Sacke stifled a yawn and turned a page. He could hear the rain pounding on the roof, walls and windows of the church. It was raining cats and dogs out there! He didn't mind. He was doing his afternoon in the confessional, which meant he would be catching up on his reading even if the day were sunny and in the mid-seventies. He'd heard three confessions that week, all from little old ladies over the age of seventy. Nothing new. Nothing exciting and nothing that would require any serious absolution. He'd given out fifteen token "Hail Mary's" and eleven token "Our Fathers" in the last month.
He turned the page of his book and sighed. Aristotle was not the most exciting thing he'd ever read, but he'd grabbed the book by mistake on his way to hear today's confessions. He pushed his wire-rimmed glasses up the bridge of his nose and sighed. The light in the confessional was dim, under the best of conditions. There was no more light coming from the other side of the confessional booth. But it was quiet. All of the other priests were tending to their own duties and he was alone.
He heard the heavy doors to the church open and let in the screaming rain from outside. He sat up straight. Surely someone was simply trying to escape the deluge outside. He heard the tap of heels on the marble floor on their way in his direction. He knew the light to his confessional was on, beckoning to anyone who wished to unburden themselves.
Sure enough the door on the other side of his confessional opened and closed. He heard a throat clear. A woman, his experience told him. Not old, but not a young girl either.
The sliding panel separating him from the woman slid open. Father Sacke folded the page in his book over and closed it, placing it at his feet.
"Forgive me Father for I have sinned." The voice was low, but unmistakably feminine. "It has been seven years since my last confession."
Father Sacke raised his eyebrows. Seven years! He might hear something interesting for a change. "Tell me of your sins, my child." he said, breathless to hear something even slightly more exciting than the ungracious thoughts of a 85-year-old woman. He made himself comfortable and settled in to listen...
