With the help of half-Seminole Indian, Hunter (Wolf) Prophitt, Cait McCandless flees New Orleans and the manipulations of her father for a new beginning in the Florida wilderness. It was wonderful also to see the male character, Hunter, learn he didn’t have to take everything by force. If you enjoy historical romances set in the 1800’s in Florida, this book will most definitely be the one to read."
