Why did Miss Bumple land on Earth and can you understand her language? Follow her adventure as she flies, using her magic cane all over Earth looking for a place to live First she lands in New York City, but that place is too crowded. The desert is next but she lands on a cactus and decides that place isn't for her. Off again she lands on the top of the tall trees in the rain forest where she encounters rain for the first time. A lovely place but too hot. The South Pole is too cold and the ocean is too wet. Especially since she doesn't know how to swim. Finally,she lands in the jungle and meets animals playing soccer.
Third book in a series that stresses teamwork and cooperation. The drawings are once again childlike and very colorful. Highly recommended for children 4-9.
