This is the fourth installment in the Lambert series by multi-talented authhor, Victoria Taylor Murray, and I've gotten so caught up in Nouri Sommers and her life and loves, I don't want it to ever end. In this installment, Nouri's husband billionaire Ethan Sommers, has been shot dead, her former lover, Clint Chamberlain, is presumed dead after his car plumets off a bridge in Paris, and Nouri's current love, homicide detective, Gabe Baldwin, has left Nouri to return to Boston to marry his former fiancee`. Oh, no! With each installment, the story gets better and better, the romance is hot and sizzling, and the suspense gets your heart racing and your fists clenching. I am hopeful Victoria brings these characters back. A wonderful series and one, I, recommend highly.

Murray keeps on keeping on with her four book Lambert series. Whether she is including oldie's songlyrics or steamy sex scenes, she has a gift for writing a series...the retelling is not laborious and the characters keep your interest in their struggles and triumphs. Two Thumbs Way Up! And the beat goes on...

From the opening paragraphs wherein the reader listens in while Gabe is talking to his fiancée Lisa Clayborne on the telephone, to the last sentences with a mystified Nouri cuddled in the arms of her husband the reader is carried on a fast paced action packed drama. Writer Murray shows an adroit deftness as she gathers all the loose ends left dangling in the first three books of the series and has woven a satisfying conclusion to the narrative.

Disclaimer: I haven't been to Paris for twenty years now, much les run one into a stream.
In this Silver Sisters Mystery it's trouble at sea when Goldie and Godiva's eighty year old mother and uncle are invied on a relaxing cruise. Magic turns to mayhem for these former vaudeville magicians when a star magician is murdered on board.
