Thumbs-Up for "ME and CHIEF"
"ME and CHIEF Sitting Bull" is a riveting, albeit sad, re-creation of the tragic final years of a Native American legend as well as the Great Lakota Nation, as told by a horse Sitting Bull owned—which made the perspective unique. There is also an underlying story of the Nokota horse breed which originated from Sitting Bull's horses, that, as a horse lover, I found interesting. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading historical novels.

Well written story of Sitting Bull's final twenty years of life. Would recommend this for middle school scholars as a teaching tool for the true story of how the Lakota Indians were treated by the government
