Abstract: The Thread technologies have been utilized by my company ... ORTHSTAR, Inc. in real- time systems and simulation models for over 20 years, and are presented for the first time in this book. Systems which are the logical movement of information flow of physical events over time intervals are defined as Thread Oriented Systems. Thread Analysis augments the modeling of these systems and provides the basis for simulation. Thread Analysis is the time slicing of worldlines intersecting in space and time. Thread System Modeling allows for the adaptive process of positive reinforcement of information and the optimizing of data in real time. A new Algebra – “Thread Algebra” is presented without rigorous formulation. Techniques on graphic presentation and software implementation are presented. The technique of Parametric Simulation and Process Constructor software are discussed. The Thread Databases are defined as a network of linked arrays for ease of understanding. In reality commercial relational databases are used. Comments on the Mind of the Robot are presented.
