Excerpt Wess gradually began noticing the sounds in the bar had changed from people laughing and talking to an eerie quiet. Looking up from number seven's application that he was rereading, Wess witnessed the crowd of people between him and the front door part like the Red Sea. Walking in the center of the six-foot-wide void was the scariest person Wess had ever seen, and the man appeared to be coming toward him. The closer the man got, the more detailed the visual impact became, and the more uncomfortable Wess became. The man stopped in front of Wess. "Mr. Wess, I'm Russell Spurlock. I believe I have an appointment." Wess was so preoccupied with Spurlock's appearance that he failed to notice the hand that had been offered. Spurlock's head and eyebrows had been shaven clean; his eyes were colorless and cold like small oval ice cubes. The dim bar lights contributed to the translucent appearance of Spurlock's skin bringing to mind every horror movie Wess had ever seen. The fingers on the hand in front of Wess wiggled getting his attention.

The Cover Up

This is a great story, a real page turner I could not put down! It's got believeable characters and some really spooky villians. It is well written with the exception of some misspelled words and grammer problems, otherwise this would be a 5 star book in my opinion. I highly recommend this book especially if you like a great story that speeds along and will carry you with it to an exciting and unexpected conclusion

The Cover Up

I enjoyed the story which kept me wondering. The pace was quick and a real page turner. My one criticism is of the editing or lack thereof. It doesnt take many errors to detract from an otherwise good story. Better editing would make this a 4+ star novel.
