this ball of fire so bright
is witness to the loving
inspired through its sight.
The density of heat
like a sea of ardent fire
loses impact greatly
as love's passion rises higher.
The hissing inhalation
as it touches out to sea
reminds me of the sound
as I embrace you tenderly.
My kiss upon your body
so filled with sweet resolve
compares to ocean tears
as it embraces solar love.
And as the sea falls piercing
from the setting of the sun
our love grows ripe for reaping
sown with a lover's tongue.
