Excerpt

There is a release and relief that happens when you talk about the hurt and the broken areas of your life. The first thing we must do is deal with what has caused your brokenness; we have to get too the root of the problem.
The process for digging up a tree is to expose its’ roots and some roots are deeper that others you may have to dig a little deeper to get to where the brokenness stared…..So let’s start with these questions.
1. WHO
2. WHAT
3. WHEN
4. WHERE
5. WHY
Who was it that caused you’re brokenness?
It may have been more than one person that caused the pain and brokenness that you have been struggling with. Knowing who began your brokenness is the beginning of your healing process. When you know the violator or shall we say the perpetrator of your brokenness or wound, you can begin forgiving and releasing the individual/s from the pain they have caused you.
