This story is told in two voices--those of daughter Dede, who received a Stage IV cancer diagnosis, and her mother, Dolly. Each voice relates their innermost thoughts and reflections. The time period covers nine months in 2006-07 concluding with a prayed-and-fought-for-miracle, cancer remission, along with a new awakening of joy and purpose in life.
