Your splendid Crimean Memories arrived this wet and windy morning, special delivery at 0700! What an outstanding piece of work - in every way. I had expected it be of very high quality but not of this superb standard. You must be very proud. It is excellent and 'very well done' the three of you for producing it but, of course, especially you Will.
