The dog crossed the street and ran to me as if it had been days since he had seen another person. He ran up to the side of my car and when I rolled my window down to say, "Hello," he took one solid leap through the openness and my window and landed on my lap.
"Ugh, duh, how did you do that? Are you Sandy?"
He continued to go back and forth from the passenger's seat to my lap. After a few seconds of this, I firmly said, "OK, that is enough," The dog promptly jumped to the back seat , sat down and looked at me as if to say" OK, let's go somewhere, I'm ready" ........
Join Sandy and me as we fill our days with adventures and excitement. I do know that my days were a bit brighter sharing it with my "Sandy".
Maybe some day, in the near future, we will go on more adventures...who knows?...
