Assigned to the Major Case Unit of the Chatham-Savannah Metro Police Department, Investigator Larnie Bain has a reputation for solving the toughest and strangest cases, but this may be the most challenging and dangerous of her career. As a serial killer hunts the busy, historic streets of Savannah, Larnie and her partner, Frank Healey, must try to understand the seemingly random actions of a mentally unstable predator. The brutal killer is as fascinated by the young investigator as she is with his motivation for recreating some of the most heinous crimes in law enforcement history.
