This book, deals with the problem of kids, that are out of control. We are talking about kids that are having kids, kids, killing kids, kids on drugs, kids rebelling against authority, including parents, and a host of other things. Then I give you the three factors, that have led to the actions of our young people. They are parents, the public school system, and the main culprit, is the church, more specifically, pastors. This book, which was originally printed in 1988, is merely reprinted, for publishing. Yet, if you look at what was said back then, and what is happening today, you will see the results of what happened to the kids back then, that are now adults, and parents, today. It is a prophetic look at our society today, and what is wrong.

Today, our city officials are being faced with one of the biggest problems to face them in over a decade. Crime is on the rise, and the perpetrators are kids. Pregnancies are going up, due largely to the sexual activities of our young people. More and more people are being classified as illiterate, of which many of them are recently graduated teens. Other
problems such as vandalism, jail overcrowding, overburdened court dockets and more, are the result of kids on the wild.
As a result of this problem, many mayors and other leaders of the communities are
getting together to map out strategy to deal with the ever increasing problem. New
programs for teens are implemented. New laws are being added. Old laws are being
reinforced. Seminars are being held and more. Yet, the problem is just getting worse. All
of these adventures are costing the taxpayers more and more money. Yet, nothing seems
to work. Why?
