Dr. Sukhraj S. Dhillon Speaks About Faith And Reason: In Search of God:
God and spirit is no more another worldly belief in fate, luck, chance, or coincidence. For the new generation of 21st century, we should be able to make sense of the real world, find peace in the midst of turmoil, and discover hope and joy. This manuscript represents the best of East and West due to my education at Yale University and in the East. The reader will understand the concept of God, which constitutes the spiritual basis of living. The understanding that will put us on a road to love and happiness irrespective of our faith.
Is this concept of God different from one described in various scriptures?
"FAITH AND REASON: IN SEARCH OF GOD":
1. DESCRIBES VISION OF GOD: Meet God and live with it 24 hours a day. The God is not in church or mosque or temple or gurdwara only that appears every Sunday. God is also not sitting somewhere in the sky watching our actions. The God is in us, the God is in congregation. “If we can't see God in all, we can't see God at all.” We need scriptures that can teach us all humans are capable of achieving union with God while still alive by realizing the Divine within.---please share such scriptures you know!
2. SUGGESTS: Instead of searching for God that is tangled up with violence and survival, today we should search for God of spirituality. We need to search for what lifts us out of depression and into being in good spirits. It is this search that will lead us into a new era. Birth control and advances in agriculture has fundamentally changed our society. We no longer need to compete for limited resources. The rule of survival of the fittest no longer applies. It is the search for spirituality that will lead us to a new mythology that will transform our society from the war and strife we have known through most of recorded history.---DO WE SEE SIMILARITY WITH MESSAGE OF ANY SCRIPTURES!
