But then again this is a darker kind of fairy tale. Jake warns the people of Palm’s Inn that what did this to him is a monster. Then the boy returns out of the water like Jake did. He’s found more of a monster than anything with a hint of human in it. It only proves Jake is right. It is also just the smallest part of what is about to happen at Palm’s Inn.
The fifth and final book of the Jade Owl Legacy sees a full battle for life as we know it. The world is threatened by the denizens of the Jade Village leading the China Hans through a fantastical world and to a conclusive battle.
