After the death of his friend Brian Steele, Robert Cesian sets himself upon the task of finding out what really happened on that tragic Halloween night. After resurrecting the vehicle his friend died in, the pieces of the puzzle begin to fall into place. With the help of supernatural entities, Robert is able to find out how his friend's demise came to be and who was responsible.
Tasked by his Goddess to find, relocate, and then quicken, the last three Heart Tree gem-seeds, Vanx the bard, and his motley crew of adventurers, set out to do just that.
