Petra married Robert shortly after college. She believed that her seven-year marriage was good until she found out her marriage was a sham… he was cheating.
During a confrontation he reverted to physical violence… she had him arrested. During his incarceration in the county jail, she divorced him.
To clear her head she took a trip to Atlantic City where she met Ramón Diaz. It was love at first sight. During an across country Petra found out that her Popi was in the hospital. Ramon flew her home in his private jet.
After visiting Popi, they went to her apartment to change for supper and ran into Robert. A fight ensued Ramón took a bullet in the chest.
During the investigation, the police discovered a plot to fake Robert’s murder and blame Petra. The judge gave Robert and James twenty years for conspiracy.
Petra won… she got it all… her freedom, the money, the business, and Ramón Diaz… the man of her dreams.
