Each piece contains a message. The message has been injected with a plethora of simile, metaphor, symbolism, and oxymoron to name a few. This book entails standard prose, odes, free verse, and performance poetry.
Spirituality runs rampant throughout The Looking Heart. The goal is to instill within the reader a sense of confidence, strength, motivation, and more importantly, spiritual evolution. We cannot continually partake in regimens, protocol, and procedure at the same rate and time everyday, and logically expect changes for the better. I hope this reading will inspire all people and expressionists to utilize their God given talents to the best of their ability with the intent on inspiring someone else.
