What I always told kids, on my teams, was have someone watch you (hopefully your mom or dad) practice to see what it is you might be doing wrong. Then that person should work with them, over and over, to correct these things(repetition). I explained to them that if they worked hard, they would begin to see they were getting better and better. If your son or daughter has a good attitude then this will usually be reflected to the rest of the kids on the team. In other words it can be contagious, to everyone else on the team.
