This is a great book for young beginning coaches and experienced coaches to have. It covers all the basic fundamentals to teach, and there are some games to play.

It covers offensive, defensive and special teams drills and plays for all phases of the game. It has different game variations and versions to play to break up the monotony of training. It has some practice schedule examples to help young coaches set up their practices.
