Only a few copies of this chapbook still exist that I know of, along with those of the folks that still have them in their collections.  The few I was talking about of the original 5,000 run are in my personal library and amount to about six copies.  It is, however being planned as a new publication that will be entirely rewritten and offered at a later date with a new cover.
