Beautiful Poems that give Comfort, Hope, Love,and Life stories through Nature. These poems are meant to cheer and uplift and perhaps, give a smile along life's way.
This book offers poetry of different types as well as styles. Most of them were inspired by events in my life. Some are story poems and someverses of Praise and encouragement. A large portion of these poems were written this past winter (2010-11) on top of a mountain in West Virginia which provided reservoir of Nature. A few were written in Georgia and the rest were composed in SC.
I have written poems throughout my life inducing a sizable repertoire.

Boulder’s Beard
We went for a ride in the snow today
Across the hills, hollows, cliffs and rifts.
We found a frozen world awesome and serene
and saw a red squirrel who ran so swift.
Huge boulders with long frozen dirty beards
Graced a cold solid creek with all life lost.
The tree tops displayed nests with snow painted roofs
the snow’s so dominant, no sign of frost.
Evergreens adorned with small snow balls.
A gorgeous site the town folk were not aware.
Springs beauty, summer’s fun and falls brisk colors
Can hardly compare and God placed it there.
