FOOD ALLERGIES GONE: How to navigate from food allergies to 100% allergy free naturally.
Each person diagnosed with food allergies is unique and their condition comes with its own distinct food allergy equation. Your condition's onset, history and progression shares many of the same 'common denominators' as another person's, including mine. A common denominator is a commonly shared theme or trait; also a common element in a mathematical equation. In math class you learn to rewrite your math equations to change the answer.
In Food Allergies: Gone I show you how to rewrite your allergy equation by subtracting out or cancelling the well-being challenging contributing factors and adding in powerful strategies to promote healing; bringing you through to the other side - free of unwanted symptoms to feel safe in your environments and claiming 100% allergy free status. That is where I am today, on the other side. I am able to eat at any restaurant or location with informed vigilance and be symptom free and feel safe. I have energy. I eat out. I travel. I have my life back and I can show you how to recover.
The Food Allergies: Gone e-Book teaches you to accurately identify your food allergy equation's common denominators, a first step in changing your prognosis and becoming 100% allergy free.

Symptom Iceberg Analogy
During times of stress the ‘tip of the iceberg’ symptoms can become more pronounced, indicating that the underlying causes have not yet been completely resolved.
Although symptoms are often thought to be indications of something wrong, they can also be indicators of other disturbances or changes within the body. The body is continually self-detecting, self-diagnosing, self-renewing, self-healing and self-protecting, mostly without your awareness . Cells, tissues, hormones, enzymes and other substances like toxins and microbes entering the body are regularly broken down and eliminated. Some disturbances or changes occurring can be a part of the body’s natural detoxification and healing processes, states in which the natural arrangement or balance within the body are temporarily altered or upset. When these disturbances accompany healing they are sometimes referred to as a healing crisis. If you ever underwent surgery or had a cut stitched, you probably experienced an irritating itch at the incision site, as healing progressed. This irritating itch is considered a normal part of incision healing. Inflammation is an example of a symptom crucial to healing and not necessarily an indication of something going wrong. Inflammation brings body fluids to the site to provide necessary nutrients and healing substances, and removes waste from the site. Chronic and extreme inflammation should be reviewed by a qualified healthcare provider. Symptoms can be the result of associations your body or mind has made in the past. This can result in allergies, sensitivities, phobias and habits. . .
