Distractions are designed to derail us, to sidetrack us, and to redirect our attention—ultimately causing us to miss our mark. Distractions can create the illusion of being important issues, but in reality they aren’t— they’re merely illusions. A distraction can be anything from a previous issue resurfacing to perhaps an old boyfriend, girlfriend or business acquaintance fighting to recapture your focus. Have you ever experienced a former acquaintance calling you from out of nowhere? These kinds of distractions can trigger an emotional imbalance, causing you to entertain thoughts that are far from the truth. Distractions will take your focus from what God is doing, causing confusion. Completely Whole was written with a hint of personal experiences, meant to create a lasting touch on the hearts of those who read the pages. As I read through the book, I got the sense that Ms. Harper wanted everyone to know that there is a process to becoming whole, and there should be a desire to becoming "Completely Whole".

Never in time as such as we live, will the need arise for us to check in with ourselves, and see what level of authenticity we are operating from. Ms. Harper weaves these types of questions and answers throughout the entire book giving you a way to see yourself as you are and to appreciate the press to do something different.

It is a great read, and it's truths will follow for days and months to come. As it is Ms. Harpers desire for you to reach your place of wholeness, I too say that wholeness is a great place for change to begin.
