Captain Jeffery Jackson, a crusty veteran major crimes detective, along with his junior partner, Lonnie Colville, uncover the clues and chase the leads in attempting to bring the perp to justice.

The novel has clues scatter throughout that would allow an astute reader and mystery buff to come to the correct decision as to the perpetrator's identity.

My first novel, released two years ago, was Storm Killer. It was in the top 100 techno-thrillers on Kindle for over six months.

Forks: Murder in an American Family is a more classic murder mystery that I hope will lead to Jeff Jackson's character being a future lead in further novels of the Forks series.

The reference to Forks in the title means those myriad points in our lives when one decision or another takes us down a new path.
