Long and Short Reviews
As the title says, sometimes the best things happen When You Least Expect It. Believe me, the title doesn't lie. Before this book, I didn't have Sandi Hampton on my TBR list, but I do now. Historicals aren't my favorite genre, but this one really hit the mark. The characters are engaging and strong. Though a short story, the plot has plenty of twists and turns that kept me involved. The writing is tight and progresses quickly, with enough heat to pack a punch...If you want a saucy story with a dose of redemption and a lot of heart, then you need to read When You Least Expect It, because you won't want to miss it.
