I'm a busy author like you. So I have time for is to read what an author push down for a book and then make a comment. I write science fiction, but try to stick to science rather than fantasy. From what little I read, The Altered, is about a superhero with superpowers who single-handedly can save the earth from some outside force. A common theme these days with a lot of escapist fantasy that is big box office when made into movies.
You seem to have good reviews for your other books. But I have no real excerpt of your writing to see whether or not it's worthwhile to read.
