Writing the book was a way to process the need to learn forgiveness for neglect and abuses as a child. The book also served as a way to define a more realistic view of spirituality and religion to her.

I discovered later in my life that life is not easy for anyone. Often time’s people look on the outside as if life is just flowing for them with no jolts or surprises. Life just looks so easy on someone else.
But as I began to write about my life’s struggles I found that the people I shared them with related and wanted to have discussions about our like struggles. These writings were a way for me to grow, recover and understand some of my mistakes, hardships, pains and scars.
My wish is that some of my findings can help someone through their struggles. Not words of wisdom but words of one’s truth that may speak to someone else’s truth.
