We all need to plan for the unexpected, but few of us do - until it's too late. What would you want your family to know and do should you be unable to speak for yourself? Planning for Tomorrow walks you through the process of creating your personal life plan.
If you're one of the millions of people who, like Scarlett in Gone With The Wind, will "thing about it tomorrow," this book will show you the need for life planning. More than financial, life planning is, at it's most basic, getting and keeping your house in order - not only for your personal benefit, but for your loved ones as well. Linda looks upon this type of planning as a process. Her belief is that everyone ove rthe age of 18 should have some type of plan.
Excerpt
I am amazed to learn how many people who come to my workshops do not realize that once their child reaches the age of 18, Mom and Dad can no longer legally make decision s for them. That is why it is so very important fo reveryone over the age of 18 to have a living will and powers of attorney, both medical and financial. If the need arises, it can take weeks (sometimes months) for a parent to obtain a court-ordered guardianship and at the cost of thousands of dollars. Why not prepare for the worst, yet hope for the best?

"I recently shared Linda's book, Planning for Tomorrow, with my parents. They found it an invaluable tool in organizing their financial information as well as other estate matters. They repeatedly told me how thankful they were to have this handy guide as it shared tips and suggestions they hadn't thought of themselves. The book has alleviated a serious concern for my parents now that they know that everything is organized in a user-friendly and accessible manner for me and my brothers. Thank you, Linda." - Nancy Nordstrom, owner of Imagine Nation
