Personal essays on the art of Consulting and Project Management
This book fulfills a 20 year old promise to Yung Tsau. Before he passed away, we talked about disseminating his wisdom to a wider audience.
The first single-page incarnation of this book was handed out at a staff gathering of SEI Information Technology, now Solugenix, in 2001. What evolved over multi-year discussions were single page expressions of Yung's great wisdom while preserving the unique way that such advise was delivered.
The impetus to complete the project came on the 50th Anniversary of the founding of SEI Information Techology/Solugenix.
This short book packs more thant 25 years of wisdom delivered to hundreds of consultants during his career.
Excerpt
When my phone rang at 6:30 am and the first thing I heard was "Pam, you not doing job!, the caller needed no introduction. Yung had probably been cooling his heels for a couple of hours waiting for LA to start its day.
