My son was brutally killed at the age of 19. His death is confirmed a homicide by assault my the Medical Examiners but State and local prosecutors tell us that homicide by assault is not a crime. We know who killed Joseph and how. The opposition to the Medical Examiner experts in Maryland by the police investigators and prosecutors is unprecedented.
My story must be told and I will fight for justice for my beloved son until I take by last breath and beyond. Joseph was shoved, pushed from behind by a co-worker into a reversing Bobcat and crushed to death. We knew from the beginning that something was very wrong with the way the police conducted their crime scene investigaion. They never even called in a reconstructionist, they sent a rookie trooper to lead the investigation and they did not contact me until eight hours after my son lay deceased and bleeding out under a 7600 lb. earthmover. One of the first things the lead investigator said to me on the phone was " you or no one can touch us because we have immunity". I was in shock, pain and unbearable agony. He made no sense and over many years of asking justifiable and pertinent questions to the Maryland State Police investigators, they only came up empty with lies, deceit, withholding crime scene photographs, crucial reports and closed my son's murder on an impossible scenario. We now have all of the facts, physics, forensics and deposition statements of who killed Joseph and how. My book details all of the factual occurrences and what and who is at the core of this unconscionable cover up and corruption.
You will ask yourself how in God's name has this been allowed to happen with the police making no arrest and a trial scheduled to present all of the facts and the truth so justice for Joseph is served.
