A possible study of how women cannot escape from men's violence, conditioning them to carry on..and on...and on...
Newly divorced and wealthy, the narrator is drawn to Jan, her mysterious blind date. Revelling in the kinky sex, deaf to all the warning bells and blind to the bruises, she is soon hooked into an all-consuming passion - an obedient, adoring sex slave.
Until one day, when she decides to throw away the riding crop, her life changes forever...Humiliation follows terror, obsession follows humiliation, violence follows obsession but can she ever release herself from the dreadful power of the intimate stranger?
Explicit, truthful and erotic, SLAVE TO A STRANGER is the author's true story of adultery, sexual dependency and Sado-masochism - and what all these can do to a woman's life.
Excerpt
“Back and forth, back and forth, pull and tug, pull and tug, that describes the situation best. It was a controlling relationship and we could not let each other go...” “I was in a prison. I didn’t dare disobey him. I didn’t dare leave.” “I got drawn in like a moth flitting round a light bulb. He still thrilled me with his forcefulness, with his entrepreneurial spirit, with his charisma.”

INTERNATIONAL WOMAN BOOK REVIEW by Eileen
Slave to a Stranger is the true story of a woman who becomes obsessed by a man. At first she enjoys being his sex slave and finds excitement in the things he told her to try. But when she decides that she no longer wants to continue in this way, her life becomes a nightmare of fear and humiliation.
Reading the story, it was easy to see how a woman could get caught up in the excitement of this man and lifestyle. She was newly divorced and eager to live a little. As the story unfolds, you can feel her terror and pain.
This story will remain with you long after you read it. As the author says, trust is very important in this kind of relationship and once trust is gone it can never be the same again.

"Slave to a Stranger," sounds like it should be designated reading at all high schools in the USA with this warning stamped across the front, "This will be your fate unless you stop before you shop." Hurrah for your courage on behalf of us females.

From a bird eye view things seem black and white and the public casts judgment upon weak woman who 'Must Like It'. But the writer exposes an inside revelation of reasons beyond that known to casual on-lookers. Definitely on eye opener.
