Dear Laura, You probably need to write a revision that include college long distance classes. Which ones are accredited if any? a new chapter about the summer 2009 transfer of prisons to out of state prisons. Can you provide statistics per county/city of youth incarcerations? Can these statistics be used to implement changes in city, state, federals funding of local services?
