God’s influence was strong over her, prompting deep reflection and inspiring her to resume her Bible studies. She began revisiting the evangelist's works, especially the one book she enjoyed besides “18 Wheels And Jesus”: “The Essence of Life.” Her favorite chapter from that book was “Why Am I Here?” Rose particularly appreciated the passage: “You are not a mistake; you were created to fulfill something significant and make a difference in your generation.” She recalled reading, “Out of all the thousands of sperm released, God allowed you to become a person. You were given life because you have a unique, divine purpose. You were created to achieve something no one else can accomplish. Yes, you are someone God could use to leave His mark through your life.” Rose loved reading the part in the book that said, “The plans for our lives were placed within us when we were born. When she read the evangelist’s statement, Rose felt something break in her spirit. “Did you know that every individual born on this planet is designed to be unique, with their distinct qualities and characteristics? People come from various cultures, backgrounds, and nations; yet, each person possesses a divine purpose. Even individuals such as dictators who rule with an iron fist have a divine purpose in their existence.” Rose was taken aback as she read, “Despite actions that may be horrific, like murder, acts of violence, or even personal struggles, every person is here for a reason, and if we view people for who they are, or what they have done, we have failed to see how God sees them. Sadly, we may have been the ones God would use to help them discover their purpose.” With tears streaming down her face, Rose read the author’s words, “Out of all the hundreds of sperm swimming to enter the egg in my mother’s womb, God allowed me to make it and become a person with a chosen destiny.” Rose continued to read in the book, “Medical science has proven that no one has your fingerprints, which were given to you when you were three months in the womb. Nor do they have your DNA. This means you are unique and were created to stand out, not blend in. In eternity past, God worked out the course that our life would take, and He knows everything that will happen to us in this lifespan.” Rose felt God’s call on her life as she read, “You are unique and were designed to stand out, not blend in with others.” Touched by these words, she began to see herself as God saw her, and she grew excited as she read, “God does not need what was created to sustain Him, but everything seen and unseen depends upon Him for their continued existence.” She felt important, and with some free time, she picked up the book “18 Wheels and Jesus” and read the story of the woman at the well, who had a rough start in life. Still, in the end, she made it into God’s book, the Bible, as one who would evangelize a whole city. This woman was looked down on by many. She may have had a hope chest and plans to marry, have children, and live a happy life, but as the years passed, she saw all her hopes and dreams shatter, leaving her with such low self-esteem that she no longer cared. This disgraced woman had been beaten down so much that she was willing to live with a man, instead of taking a chance on another marriage. Rose took an interest when she realized that Jesus knew this woman would come to draw water, indicating that His divine mission had led Him to her at the right time. Despite her past that was filled with mistakes and brokenness, she had the faith to believe that Jesus was indeed the promised Messiah. And for this reason alone, she left her water jar behind and rushed into the city to share her testimony. She boldly proclaimed the news about a man, “Who knew everything about her.” They couldn’t help but notice her remarkable transformation. The shamed woman’s once-downcast demeanor gave way to radiant joy and newfound confidence. As she spoke about her encounter with Jesus, a sense of hope filled the air, sparking curiosity in the hearts of those who listened. Driven by their desire to understand this profound change and experience it for themselves, they decided to seek Jesus. They made their way to the well, eager to meet the man who had not only changed her life but had inspired a wave of hope and faith throughout their community. Thanks to her witness and the authenticity of her experience, the seeds of faith were sown, and many hearts were touched. Rose soon found herself reflecting on the harrowing life she had escaped, a life that had once felt so overwhelming it could easily have claimed her existence. Memories of her struggles flashed through her mind—the nights spent alone on cold, unforgiving streets, the feelings of despair that had threatened to engulf her, and the moments of desperation where hope seemed like a distant dream. With a sorrowful heart, she lowered her head, thanking God for His mercy and for standing by her side, even during her darkest days when she felt utterly lost and abandoned. She began to understand God’s transforming grace and realized it was what had guided her through the shadows, illuminating her path to redemption. As memories of her struggles flooded back—hunger, despair, and the grip of addiction—she felt an overwhelming sense of relief, joy, and thankfulness for God’s transforming grace. She pledged to devote her life to spreading the Gospel message to those around her. She began to see herself standing before a congregation, sharing uplifting stories of redemption and hope, preaching that no matter how many times they may fail or face life's challenges, there is always a chance to rise again. Rose began to consider how she could become a beacon of hope for the hurting souls around her. That’s when the idea struck her: she could become a truck-driver evangelist like her friend Paul. She knew this path would be challenging, but she was willing to give it a try. Her desire to become a trucker evangelist grew stronger, prompting her to seek out opportunities to enroll in a truck-driving school. She envisioned herself in the big rigs, traveling from town to town, sharing her powerful testimony, reaching out to those in need, and offering them hope and encouragement. She wanted to guide them toward the love and redemption she had found, which had transformed her life. Rose envisioned the moment when she could finally sit down and write her first book, a heartfelt chronicle of her journey from a confused street girl to a powerful testament of God’s grace. She imagined branching out into various media, including radio and television, where her story could inspire others. In her mind’s eye, she pictured magazine covers showcasing her smiling face alongside her beloved little dog, Jesus Trucker. She would share the spotlight just like her trucker friend, Paul, did with his cherished companion in his truck. As Rose pondered the possibilities of her future ministry, she contemplated a fitting CB code name that would resonate with fellow truckers and serve her well in publications and broadcasts. Rose wanted a name that encapsulated her mission and reflected her faith. After sifting through numerous ideas, she chose the handle “The Lonesome Angel,” a name that symbolized her purpose and commitment to guiding others on their journeys, just as God had guided her.
