Poem (The Beauty of Love)

The Beauty of Love

The sound of bird's all around me

 And the beauty that they sing…

As I turn my eye's toward the Heavens above,

There is an Angel aloft on wings.

Oh how I wish…

 I too, at time's, could fly away from here.

But then...

When I feel, that I truly need to escape…

I call upon The Name of The Lord
Jesus

And He quickly draw's me near!

You see…

Thru my darkest hour's, and most trying time's,

He has always been at my side.

Saying all so Lovingly…

My child, why do you wish to hide?

If you wish to have True Joy, and Peace,

And all of My Loving-kindness…

You only need to come to Me on bended knees

And ask that I take away your blindness.

You see…

In all of God's Creation's…

 There is Beauty everywhere!

But, let me say this…

The-most-Beautiful-Creation-of-all…

Is Love!

And it has always been God’s wish…

 To-all-of-Creation…

That His Love we all would share.

Opening scriptures…

Let us pray:

O Lord, You, who are at once the Sky out of which and the Sea into which the little streams of our lives flow, cause us now to know how utterly we are in Your care, known to You O Lord, our needs, our sorrows, and our grief. Give us fellowship with You O Lord. May we hear Your voice as You speak to us the words of Eternal Life. By ever tender memories of dear ones gone, and by the blessed hope of immortality, bind us more closely to You, as also to one another in the bonds of Faith And Love, that conscious of the oneness of the Whole Family on earth and in Heaven, we may pursue our journey with unfailing strength until every one of us appears before You in Zion,--until Your children are gathered home; through Jesus Christ, Our Lord. –Amen

No Goodbye for Grandmother!

It’s so hard to say goodbye…

When, all the birds are singing, in the sky.

Makes me wonder…

Why?

Why should I…

 Say Goodbye?

I will not say, I did not shed tears

That would be a lie.

But still, I wonder…

Why?

Why should I…

 Say Goodbye?

You gave your Love to me

And in my heart, it still resides!

So please tell me…

Why?

 Say Goodbye?

To be born again, into Eternal Life,

The flesh must die!

So I will not …

Say Goodbye!

I will see you soon Grandmother…

No goodbye!

Eulogy…

My Grandmother was very rich. Did y’all know that?

She had riches that we didn’t know about. She had the greatest riches that could ever be afforded to any man, woman or child on this earth…She had God in her life!

She had the Holy Spirit guiding her and she had Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior!

I wish that you all could see Grandmother, through my eyes.
So here, let me try…

Unconditional Love & Compassion,
Always giving more than she had and by doing so, she sowed seed for you that you never knew was there. If she ever got mad at you, in time she always welcomed you back. She saw the needs of others and always tried to do something about it.
Always sharing her truth whether it hurt you or not, knowing that truth heals! (If you accept it)

Longsuffering, I could fill this day with the many occurrences in her life, death of a first husband, betrayal of a second, never finding lifelong love to share with a mate, However, the one thing that struck me so profoundly was, Tuesday night. Laying there in pure unspeakable pain she never once…she never once cried! It was so stoic I almost wish she had! It cut me so deep, the many times that I had made fun of her bowel problem.
Please forgive me Grandmother!

Poem (Tears of Joy from Heaven)

This was penned Wednesday afternoon 5/30/07 Just before going to the funeral home to make arrangements. It Is A TRUE occurrence, written from facts. A very brief shower from nowhere with huge raindrops, And the Whisper! It was then that my own tears of joy fell...knowing that Grandmother had made it!!! Halleluiah!!!

Tears Of Joy From Heaven

It was early in the afternoon
Just before Two

Thinking about your journey

Thinking about you

Suddenly…

Tears fell out of the sky
Out of the blue

As I marveled at this
I heard you whisper

Tears of Joy
My dear child

For you

Thank you Grandmother
I will miss you

You’ll always be in my heart

5/30/07 -Spirit Warrior


It is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the hearts of man, the things which God hath prepared for men that Love Him. But God has revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. (1Corinthians 2: 9-10)

A virtuous woman who can find her? For her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband (Christ) trusts in her, and He shall have no lack of gain. She doeth him good and not evil, all the days of her life. She spreads out her hand to the poor; yea, she reaches forth her hands to the needy. Strength and dignity are her clothing; and she laughs at the time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom; and the law of kindness is on her tongue. She looks well to the ways of her household, and eats not the bread of idleness. Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband (Christ) also, and He praises her, saying: Many daughters have done virtuously, but you excel them all. Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman that fears the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her works praise her in the gates.   (Ecclesiastes)

The message today is titled…(No Doubt?)

Grandmother and my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ would never forgive me, if I didn’t finish this way…

I am not a believer of once saved, always saved!

Let me explain to you why…one of many scriptures…

A quote from Jesus, “And many will come to me on that Day (Speaking of the Day of Judgment) and they will say: Lord, Lord, did we not cast out demons, heal the sick and raise the dead? And He will say: depart from Me I never new you! And there will be wailing and gnashing of the teeth! This is not the only scripture that refers to this…if you have read the Word of God enough then you should know what I am talking about.

There are warnings thru out the bible of falling away!
Revelations chapter three talks about the dead church and being BLOTTED out of the book of Life!

 Revelations chapter twenty-one tells us who will be outside the gates of heaven because of un-repentance, liars, thieves, murderers, those who practice sexual immorality!

Christ told us there is only one sin that can’t be forgiven man. That is to blaspheme the Holy Spirit! He said if you speak against the Son of man, it will be forgiven you, if you speak against The Father, it will be forgiven you. But if you ever speak against the Holy Spirit it will not be forgiven you!

But here let me use myself for an example: I gave my life to the Lord in 1978 and felt the Holy Spirit guiding me. However, I know every time I fell from grace because his Holy Spirit left me. Now there was a time in my life just a few years ago. When I was hurt so bad from a break-up that I didn’t want to live, I sought out death, and as a matter of fact I found it one night. As the man laid hands on me, to put me in the grave, God sent His Mighty Angels to rescue me. It doesn’t matter to me if you believe this or not I have living witnesses and God Himself. God preserved my life for one reason and one reason only, so that I would tell others of the dangers of falling away!

The message here today, is very simple…

If you where to die today…

Right now…

Do you know…

Beyond a shadow of a doubt…

That you would go to Heaven???

Or is their lurking in the shadows…

Fear of the unknown???

If you have any doubt at all…

I want you to Pray this Prayer with me, or if you feel the need come forward right now, so that Jesus, Grandmother and I, can pray with and for you, right now.
Because I’m here to tell you the Truth, time is VERY short!
The door is about to close…

Christ is calling to Himself His One True Bride!
Please come…

And experience the Mighty Power of The Holy Spirit in your life. He will teach you and guide you throughout life if you will be still and hear His voice!

Prayer…

O Merciful God, full of Grace, we thank you; for Your grace and mercy, oh Lord, shown to us, through Your Son Jesus Christ, Through His sufferings on the cross, how He bled and died to pay for our sins.

Father God:
Your Word (Jesus Christ) says: That if we would confess with our mouths that Jesus Christ, is Lord and if we would repent of our sins that You O Lord, would be Faithful and hear our prayers, and be quick to rescue us.

Father God:

I am a sinner. I believe that Your Son Jesus Christ died for me and that He shed His blood on the cross to cover my sins. I accept you into my Heart right now, I ask that You O Lord will send Your Holy Spirit right now to guide me and to protect me through this short life here on earth and that You would accept me into Your Kingdom of Eternal Life, that You would write my name into The Book of Life in Jesus Mighty Name

The Righteous King!

Thru a crown of thorns
Our Righteous King was born!

My Spirit wars with flesh
until out of this World I am torn!

 I hear A Mighty Warrior
Off in the distance
on a cloud

With His Righteous Army
Who's armor
they could not shroud

As I listened a little longer
The Mighty One 
He began to speak

He said:
They no longer listen
"Even though I Love them"
Their future now
is Bleak!

 I began to cry for those
who would not listen,
and change their ways...

But He said:
See that you do not do this
for they have been warned
 for far too many days!

 So I said:
Lord,
 Some of these are family,
and it hurts me oh so much!

I cannot understand
How it is
That they lost Your Touch?!

 Lord:
Is there anyway
is there anything
 that I can do?

That might bring them back
that might bring them thru?

 He said:
It is not yet finished.

Now, "Mount-up!"
As I lead The Battle Attack.

Most shall be slain as Wicked,
but a remnant shall turn back.

I said:
Thank You, Mighty Warrior.
My Lord, and my King!

I shall do my best to Honor You
With the Praise's that I sing!
