Thank you so much, Lisa! This is the best free ebook on body butters I've read so far. She states in the introduction how many years she's been working with nut butters and it shows. Good information that is presented in clear language. Any "jargon" has the meaning in parentheses after the word. She provides factual information on the properties of Nilotica Shea Butter, but states she has no degrees in chemistry or any related field. She doesn't have to rely on exclamation points at the end of every other sentence to get her readers exited about the subject. Her enthusiasm comes through in her writing.
