What's That? A Tale of Cholesterol is a book that creatively teaches the reader about healthy eating choices. The story is about a young boy who takes a trip to the market with his grandmother. While at the market he stumbles across a strange jar that has him asking,"What's That?" The answer leads him on a journey that is life changing.
As Grandma was looking in the meat department, my eyes could not believe what I saw in a large glass bottle.
"Grandma, what's that?" I screamed.
"It looks like flubber or blubber or something really gooey. It looks like ham, but it looks like jelly. Grandma, what's that?"

Dear Parents,
Eating habits are formed very early in life. Why not involve the entire family in healthy eating? When teaching your children about good eating habits,focus on what they can eat and not the forbidden foods.
