This book is one of the most important technology related books that you will read, especially if you are an inexperienced technology user, so I highly recommend that you read it carefully. While I did try my best to not to be overly technical, the technical information that I have written in this book is handy for you to understand, so I have explained things to you. Also, what I have done is place a terminology and picture section at the end of the book for your general reference.
How many times do you go into a bookstore to look for a computer book to help you with your new or first computer purchase? How many books out there give you tips on how to get good quality and service? Sadly, there are few books like mine that help people who are not technical professionals in the areas that I cover.
This book is not designed to teach you how to use a computer, however, it is designed to give you many great tips to make your computing experience greater. It is more or less a buyers guide, but with no advertisements, just good advice
Ask yourself, when is the last time you bought something for your computer, and never bothered to get any professional opinions? I see people do these things day in and day out, and I just think to myself, are these people not using their heads? Are they stubborn? Do they know it all? When something goes wrong though, they get upset and take it out on other people. Seeing this one thing that prompted me to start writing.
