This book is about a fictional WWIII in the eyes of a teenage author.
The war is coming; the only question is when… A World War III (WWIII) from the view of a teenage writer is sure to change the way we look at future wars. Even though its fiction, it still compels the reader to rethink our common thought of WWIII. This novel is about a ban of communist extremists who took control of twelve nations and combined them to challenge the United States and her allies. After their unification, the US takes immediate action and they combined with their allies as well to make a superpower. It's the Cold War all over again, but this time, a war breaks out between the two superpowers and this throws the world into war. However, things are not as simple as it seems, new problems arise and many unexpected events occurred which could turn this from a world war to a catastrophic worldwide holocaust. Author C.M. Prince made history with this book, by becoming the first African American Teenager to publish/self-publish a Science Fiction Novel.

CHAPTER 1
A NEW WAR IS AT HAND
Before I begin:
July 12, 2107
To whoever finds this:
Did you ever wonder how it feels to live in a world where the government is in every aspect of life? I do; in our generation, we’re restricted to the point that automatic death is the answer to your disobedience. One of the things we’re restricted from do-ing is discussing things of the past. All history books and records of history were destroyed, the government told us that the past didn’t matter and it needed to be destroyed. Despite their attempts to censor us, stories by word of mouth have been passed down from generation to generation. My name was once Amber Clinton, however, like our history, all names and records were destroyed. We are now only identified by a number. I have written what I learned from various different people who survived what our government calls, “The war to end all wars.” The main person, my great grandfather, told me most of what happened. He would still be with us but he past away of old age. I remember everything he has told me and the other accounts that were added to my great grandfather’s story. I want to com-pile this into a history of how our world got this way. Whoever reads this; this is based on true events that occurred over the past ninety years. As I mentioned, our government controls every-thing, even how we talk. English is the universal language and when we talk, we talk so proper you would think we were robots because the government controls what comes out of our mouths. Improper English was not allowed and our government says the “underground rebels” use it and they can never track them. I intentionally placed improper grammar and placed various typos in this collection of accounts to throw the government off track. This is a first of three collections. Thanks for reading; you will see the horrors of what happened in the years of what we call, “The Forgotten Age.” To give you an idea what this is about, I found this book that hasn’t been found by the government and I found this powerful statement in it: “A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.” -Ecclesiastes 3:8.
