It is a book of short stories. Some are fantasy and others are satirical. All of them are weird and their primary function was to entertain the author/s.
Some of the stories in the book have end notes some of which are completely fabricated while others are real. Some of the stories are bout politics, one story is about the dangers of pogs, other stories are about a baby and his conquest of a Dragon through trade, and some are pure fantasy.
I have added the short story about the Baby Henry and his Dragon conquest.

Baby Henry Winston, The Peanut Vendors, and The Dragon
Once upon a time (very recently in fact) there was a Baby Henry Winston. There was also a dragon named Honey. The dragon had been terrorizing local peanut vendors by stealing all their peanuts and thus depriving them of their income.
The peanut vendors went to the Baby Henry Winston to solve the problem. Baby Henry Winston jumped on his genuine artificial Thomas the Train and went up to the Dragon who was devouring his Honey roasted peanuts.
Baby Henry Winston requested the dragon to start paying for the peanuts; after all, it was a terrible burden for the peanut vendors.
The dragon told Baby Henry Winston, "I have nothing to buy them with. All I have is scales and a pile of gold."
Baby Henry Winston said, "The gold will suffice".
But the dragon was concerned, "What would I sleep on if I pay with gold?"
Baby Henry Winston said, "Well, you could use leaves, which would be much softer than hard coins."
But the dragon was sad, "Every time I try to gather leaves or try to pick a tree, they always burn."
Baby Henry Winston said, "I bet the peanut vendors would not only give you peanuts in exchange for your gold, but also leaves."
And the dragon said, "Sounds good. Let's do it"
And so Baby Henry Winston went back and told the peanut vendors about the future arrangement and there was much rejoicing. Hooray for Baby Henry Winston! The Bravest Babius of them all!
