A man who from all appearances seems to be a sketch artist, makes frequent voyages to the fishing communities and towns along the Aleutian Chain aboard the Alaska Marine Highway System Ferry Tustumena. In fact, this quiet man is the creator of a meth drug route on behalf of one of the largest yakuza families in Japan.
The Captain, Crew and the State Troopers suspect the meth is being delivered by someone aboard the Tustumena.
