An evil knight has kidnapped the princess of the kingdom. The king has offered a reward for anyone who can rescue her. The adventurer has to find the evil knight's Hidden Tower and battle monsters to rescue the princess.
Excerpt
You enter the grounds of The Castle to find a crowd already forming. You look at the people around you. They’re a mixed bag of would be heroes; young nobility eager to prove themselves, peasants transformed into first time adventurer, and seasoned mercenaries. They gather eager to be the one to save Princess Emma.
King Michael walks out. His shoulders are slumped, his clothes are wrinkled and he doesn’t appear to have slept in days. His voice breaks as he tries to speak. He clears his throat and tries again.
“I’ve called you here because two nights ago my daughter, Princess Emma, was kidnapped from her room. The evil knight, Sir Vash, has her hidden in a secret tower. He claims he’ll kill her unless I turn this kingdom over to him.”
His voice breaks again. You watch as he struggles to get his emotions under control.
“This I can not do. Not even to save my beloved daughter. I promise a substantial reward to anyone who finds and returns her unharmed.”
He gives you his blessing and tells you to sign up with the Adventurer's Guild before you leave.
As he turns away, you hear him whisper.
“Please let them find her in time.”
