Part one of this unique book is designed to help us to align our physical selves with our 'higher' emotional, cognitive, social and spiritual selves, in concert with a higher power that is much greater that us. Parts two and three are in workbook format. Part two consists of a planning and implementation journal designed to help us to improve our 'creations.' Part three consists of a series of contemplations geared towards helping us to remove some of our limitations in becoming a co-worker with the higher power, which is in part a part of our own 'higher being' and in part something greater than any human.
