While most would beat a hasty retreat in the opposite direction, not Stephan, who actually increases his pace in hot pursuit. Ducking and darting his way through the wooded obstacle course, Stephan stops at a small clearing, all the while listening for the slightest hint of movement that will indicate his next choice of direction. But before Stephan can formulate a plan, a low vibration begins to sound throughout the forest floor. A smile forms on Stephan's lips as the vibration emits a familiar "OH-M-M-M-M". As the tonal waves envelope all that surround him, lifting up through the low lying fog, beyond the canopy of branches that reveal the twinlking stars above, one by one the wolves enter the clearing. Greeting Stephan in traditional submissive posture, heads down, bumping and licking at his legs, the largest wolf in the pack emerges from the darkness, his yellow eyes glowing in delight. "LUPO!" Stephan shouts and within seconds the beast morphs from the figure of the wolf into the Star Being who has guided and protected him since early childhood.
