Who Created Maneuver Management?
Mike Ognek, a former Marine Captain, created Maneuver Management. During his time in the Corps, Mike served as a Platoon Commander, Executive Officer, and as an Operations Officer. His last assignment was at Quantico, VA where he served as an Operations Officer for the largest battalion in the Marine Corps, comprised of over 4500 Marines, Sailors, and civilians.
After leaving the Corps, Mike has launched and operated successful businesses and also acts as a consultant, speaker, and leadership development trainer.
