God patiently listened when Jonah prayed in hostility. Jonah loved his religion, much more than he loved his religion's God. Why was Jonah conquered by the storm, whereas, Jesus conquered the storm? Why did the fish eat Jonah, whereas, Jesus ate the fish? The answer is sad. The more you learn about Jonah, the more you learn about yourself. There are some heartwarming surprises in the very short book.

This is just a fun book. It starts off fun and ends fun. Fun! Still, there is a lot of interesting lessons. I took it as a father/son break-through book.

Mr. Ben Zehabe just did a presentation at our church group on a commentary on Jonah. Wow! Details I never realized were there just kept rolling out. I read this book in one night, but I will re-read this book forever.
