Shiloh found his new home so friendly and cheerful. During Christmas holidays there were always people around and many brought their dogs. Shiloh met Nikki. She told him all about the wonderful daily visits she had with Doc and LouLou, when her real owner was away. She tried to make Shiloh feel like he was a second choice for Doc and LouLou. Shiloh knew better though. He had a nice warm kennel with no door. He had a fluffy pillow covered with a fuzzy blanket. He had lots of squeaky toys and all the food he could eat.
