This book is very much an emotional book for me.I write this book of my having just being diagnosed with the silent killer which if I may call it to be :"A Nasty Disease" in 2010.To find out that I had this disease, came became a sudden shock of the element of surprise, stunning me.This book is a true real life story of my day to day living and breathing.Though it is hard for me, I often wake up, wishing only this to be some dream or nightmare,in which I hope I can wake up and be cured. But it is the reality of it though.I share with you my learning of what I have found to be the daily improving source for my continuing to live.I am sharing this with all my readers, supporters, fans,or anyone having any sickness, illness or disease to give some closures of hope. I ask everyone your prayers for my hard roads still yet many ahead of me. I hope I can help anyone with what I face in having Diabetes Type II.I write this book like a letter to everyone.
